We recently equipped Military Rehabilitation Center Aardenburg with a cobot that takes care of loading and unloading the milling machine. The customized management system can place custom orthotics in a file and choose the material type. The robot is then instructed by the system to pick in the correct row and place it in the milling machine, then our system ensures that the correct CNC program is called up. After milling, the cobot removes the material from the milling machine and places it in the product warehouse.
The advantage of this installation? The order management system can easily read where the customer's orthotics are. Super efficient!
